1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RapidRoof HQ ("Service"), operated by RapidRoof LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RapidRoof HQ is a roofing estimation and quote generation platform that uses artificial intelligence, satellite imagery, and historical data to assist professional roofing contractors in creating estimates. The Service is designed as an estimation aid and administrative tool.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Billing and Payments

The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. A one-time onboarding fee of $99 includes unlimited address lookups and 50 quote credits. Additional quote credits may be purchased in packs (10 credits for $150, 25 credits for $325, or 50 credits for $550). All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

ALL MEASUREMENTS, ESTIMATES, CALCULATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED BY RAPIDROOF ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY. BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • YOU USE THIS SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK
  • All estimates are approximations and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
  • Satellite imagery and AI-derived measurements are NOT a substitute for on-site verification
  • You are solely responsible for verifying ALL data before using it for any purpose
  • RapidRoof makes NO guarantees regarding the accuracy of any measurement or estimate

5.1 Estimation Tool Only - Not Professional Advice

RapidRoof is an estimation aid designed to assist professional roofing contractors. It uses artificial intelligence, satellite imagery, and historical data to generate estimates and material suggestions. RapidRoof is NOT a licensed surveyor, engineer, architect, or construction professional. The Service does not provide professional advice, engineering calculations, or certified measurements. All outputs should be treated as preliminary estimates requiring professional verification.

5.2 No Warranty of Accuracy

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RapidRoof LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS all warranties including, but not limited to:

  • Accuracy of roof measurements, square footage, or dimensions
  • Correctness of pitch, slope, or angle calculations
  • Accuracy of material quantities, waste factors, or BOM lists
  • Reliability of pricing estimates or cost projections
  • Currency or accuracy of satellite or aerial imagery
  • Fitness for any particular purpose
  • Merchantability or non-infringement

5.3 Known Limitations

You acknowledge that the following factors may cause significant variations between RapidRoof estimates and actual on-site conditions:

  • Outdated satellite imagery
  • Tree coverage or obstructions
  • Shadows affecting measurements
  • Lens distortion in imagery
  • Complex roof geometries
  • Multi-level structures
  • Recent roof modifications
  • Hidden damage or deterioration
  • Incorrect pitch estimation
  • Regional material price variations
  • Labor cost fluctuations
  • Building code changes

5.4 Your Sole Responsibility

YOU ARE THE FINAL AUTHORITY

By using RapidRoof, you expressly agree that YOU are solely and exclusively responsible for:

  • Verifying all measurements through on-site inspection before use
  • Confirming all material quantities before ordering from suppliers
  • Reviewing and adjusting all pricing before presenting to customers
  • Ensuring compliance with local building codes and permit requirements
  • Making all final decisions regarding quotes, bids, and contracts
  • Any and all consequences arising from your use of RapidRoof data

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAPIDROOF LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Underbidding or overbidding any roofing project
  • Ordering incorrect material quantities (shortages or overages)
  • Inaccurate measurements leading to project delays or cost overruns
  • Loss of contracts, customers, or business opportunities
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
  • Business interruption or reputational damage
  • Claims by third parties including homeowners or suppliers
  • Any reliance on AI-generated measurements, estimates, or recommendations
  • Personal injury or property damage arising from construction activities

IN NO EVENT SHALL RAPIDROOF LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

6.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RapidRoof LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service or any data or outputs obtained therefrom
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Any claim by a third party (including homeowners, suppliers, or subcontractors) arising from your use of RapidRoof data
  • Any roofing project or construction activity based on RapidRoof estimates

6.2 Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with using RapidRoof estimates and measurements. You understand that roofing is a specialized trade and that estimates generated by software, regardless of sophistication, cannot replace professional on-site evaluation. You agree that your decision to use, rely upon, or act based on any RapidRoof output is made voluntarily and at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by RapidRoof LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
